Nate is an extraordinarily talented music therapist with wide ranging professional skills AND a heart of gold. He is adept at quickly and easily connecting with individuals of any age and zeroing in on their strengths, abilities, and needs to build authentic relationships using music to stimulate conversation and provide social, emotional and intellectual support. His respectful, compassionate nature are true gifts to his clients and their families.

We feel incredibly lucky to have Nate in our son's life — and in ours. Our son has developmental disabilities, and some days can be especially challenging for him. But no matter what kind of day he's having, spending time with Nate always lifts his spirits. Singing with Nate is like magic — it brings comfort, joy, and a sense of calm that nothing else can. Over the past several years, Nate has earned our complete trust. His compassion, patience, and dedication have made a profound difference in our son's life.

Over the past 7 years, Nate has been working with my son, who has severe autism. Nate is not only a gifted professional but also one of the kindest, most compassionate, and creative souls I've ever met. Nate has created a warm and welcoming environment where I feel more like family than a client. Over time, I have watched my son become calmer, more connected, more whole. Nate has truly been a healing presence in our lives and we are forever grateful.

As a family we are so fortunate to have him work with our 93-year-old mother in long term care. It is truly the highlight of her week.
